Elements and Quintessentially Travel  Competition

 

  1. 1. Promoter
    The promotion is jointly organised by Quintessentially Travel (“QT”) and The Ivy Asia (“TIA”) (together, the “Promoters”).
  2. 2. Eligibility
    2.1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
    2.2. Employees of the Promoters, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
    2.3. Proof of age and identity may be requested before the prize is awarded.3. Competition Period
    The competition opens on 15 September 2026 at 00:01 am and closes at 11:59 pm (BST) on 3 November 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

    4. How to Enter
    4.1. During the Competition Period, customers dining from the Autumn 2026 campaign – The Elements: Fire & Ice menu/experience – at selected TIA restaurants will be invited to scan the official competition QR code displayed on campaign materials.
    4.2. The QR code directs entrants to the official competition landing page where they must complete the online entry form.
    4.3. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
    4.4. No purchase is required beyond the purchase of the qualifying menu/experience associated with the campaign.

    5. Marketing Preferences
    5.1. As part of the entry process, entrants may choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from QT and/or TIA.
    5.2. Marketing consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of entry.
    5.3. Personal data submitted for competition administration will be processed in accordance with the Promoters’ Privacy Policies and applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

    6. Prize
    One winner will receive:
    • A three (3) night luxury stay for two people to Iceland.
    • Return direct economy flights from a UK airport to Keflavík International Airport.
    • One checked baggage allowance per person.
    • Three nights’ accommodation in a boutique hotel for two guests, selected by Quintessentially Travel, subject to availability.
    The total value of the prize, including the Blue Lagoon experience, flights and accommodation, shall not exceed £1,500 (including VAT where applicable).

    7. Prize Conditions
    7.1. Travel must be completed between 2 January 2027 – 31 May 2027.
    7.2. Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to:
    • UK and destination public holidays;
    • UK and destination school holiday periods;
    • Christmas and New Year;
    • Easter;
    • Peak summer travel periods; and
    • Major local events or festivals.
    7.3. Exact travel dates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
    7.4. Quintessentially Travel will coordinate and manage all experience, flight and accommodation bookings directly with the winner.
    7.5. The selected airline(s) and hotel are independent third-party suppliers and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of QT or TIA.
    7.6. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and no alternative prize will be offered except where the Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
    7.7. Any expenses not expressly included within the prize, including but not limited to travel insurance, airport transfers, meals, beverages, spending money, passports, visas (if required), tourist taxes and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
    7.8. The winner and their guest must hold valid passports and satisfy all applicable travel and entry requirements.

    8. Winner Selection
    8.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
    8.2. The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing.
    8.3. The winner will be contacted using the details supplied on entry.
    8.4. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

    9. Publicity
    The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition. Participation is voluntary unless otherwise agreed.

    10. Liability
    10.1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.
    10.2. Subject to clause 10.1, the Promoters shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by their negligence.
    10.3. The Promoters are not responsible for cancellations, delays or changes made by airlines, hotels or other third-party suppliers.

    11. Data Protection
    Personal information supplied in connection with this competition will be used for the administration of the promotion and, where separate consent has been provided, for marketing communications by the relevant Promoter. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and each Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

    12. General
    12.1. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
    12.2. Any attempt to manipulate the competition or submit fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.

The Ivy Asia Glasgow Sign Up Competition

 

  1. This prize promotion is open only to permanent UK and Northern Ireland residents who are aged 18 or over.
  2. Employees (or their relatives) of The Ivy Asia (or any other company and/or agency connected with this promotion) are not permitted to enter.
  3. The prize promotion will be live until midnight 19th October 2026.  No entries will be accepted outside of this time period.
  4. To enter the prize promotion, participants must go to: https://theivyasia.com/glasgow-coming-soon/ and input their details.
  5. The selected prize winner will be chosen at random and will be contacted a maximum of 3 times over 7 days after the competition closes. If the winner is not contactable during this period, a new winner will be selected at random.
  6. The prize must be redeemed at The Ivy Asia Glasgow.
  7. The selected prize winner can claim a Champagne dinner for 4 people to the value of £300. A bottle of The Ivy Asia Champagne is also included in the prize and is to be claimed when dining. The prize must be redeemed by 28th March 2027. The prize cannot be redeemed in December 2026.
  8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative

This promotion will be run by the Promoter, Troia (UK) Restaurants Limited is offering a “Promotion” to all customers of The Ivy Asia.

 

 About the prize promotion 

  1. The promoter is Troia (UK) Restaurants Limited, 26-28 Conway Street, London, W1T 6BQ 1NW (“The Ivy Asia ”).
  2. The Ivy is a registered data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number ZA566285). We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal data you provide to us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations 2016 the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and other applicable privacy laws.  For more information, see our Privacy policy.
  3. By entering the prize promotion, you agree to the below terms and conditions, to be bound by the decisions of The Ivy Asia and to receive email notifications/direct messages from The Ivy Asia in relation to the prize promotion.

 

Entering the prize promotion

  1. The prize promotion will be live from 08th October 2025 and will close at midnight on 31st December 2025. No entries will be accepted outside of this time period.

  1. You are only permitted to enter the competition once. If we suspect that you are fraudulently entering or using multiple email addresses, then we reserve the right to exclude you from this competition.

 

Winner Selection  and prize

  1. The Ivy Asia will randomly select a winner.
  2. The winner will be a meal for 2 at The Ivy Asia
  3. This Prize will be delivered to the winners preferred address within 2 weeks of the winner announcement.

 

General 

  1. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative.
  1. The Ivy Asia’s decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
  1. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information.
  1. The Ivy Asia reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner and to refuse entry or refuse giving the prize if The Ivy Asia reasonably considers the entry and/or winner to be in breach of the terms and conditions.
  1. If The Ivy Asia at any time considers an entry is inappropriate and/or fails to comply with its social media guidelines, or that the entrant has otherwise failed to comply with these terms and conditions, it may disqualify the entry.
  1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or withdraw this offer at any time.
