Join us for Sakura Season at The Ivy Asia 

 

As spring arrives, we celebrate Japan’s iconic cherry blossom season in full bloom, bringing its fleeting beauty to life throughout The Ivy Asia. Gather beneath our signature blossom trees and discover fresh seasonal plates, from the Sakura Platter – a vibrant selection of expertly crafted sushi – to lighter dishes such as crisp Cucumber & Mizuna salad and smoky Robata Grilled Miso Chicken.

To finish, enjoy our signature Cherry Blossom Sumo dessert – cherry soft serve topped with white chocolate pearls and sugared doughnuts. Alongside it, explore a collection of five bespoke Sakura cocktails, including a Blossom Paloma and Nashi Mule, created in collaboration with Ukiyo and Fever-Tree and inspired by the brightness of the season.

 

*At The Ivy Asia Spinningfields, Manchester, discover a different seasonal finale – the Cherry Blossom Tree, white chocolate mousse, candyfloss, raspberries, cherry sorbet. The menu is available from 24th March at The Ivy Asia Dublin.
