The Ivy Asia Brighton is delighted to partner with Brighton & Hove Museums for the Royal Dragons Experience, inviting guests into a world of myth, art and flavour.

Discover the Dragons exhibition at the Royal Pavilion, where the symbolism and spectacle of these legendary creatures are brought to life, followed by a specially curated dining experience at The Ivy Asia Brighton. Enjoy a two-course menu with a glass of Champagne, inspired by the fire and intensity of the dragon. From Pork & Kimchi Gyoza to Gochujang Glazed Chicken and Keralan Chickpea & Aubergine Curry, expect bold, expressive flavours with each dish crafted to awaken the senses and reflect the spirit of the dragon.

What’s included

Adult tickets are £58 and include entry to the Royal Pavilion and DRAGONS exhibition, alongside a two-course menu and a glass of Champagne at The Ivy Asia Brighton. Child tickets are £36.50 and include exhibition entry and a children’s menu.

At the heart of the partnership is an important cause. For every Royal Dragons Experience ticket sold, The Ivy Asia will donate £10 per adult ticket and £5 per child ticket to Brighton & Hove Museums, supporting the charity’s vital work to preserve and share the city’s unique heritage and collections for generations to come.
