This promotion will be run by the Promoter, Troia (UK) Restaurants Limited is offering a “Promotion” to all customers of The Ivy Asia.

 

 About the prize promotion 

  1. The promoter is Troia (UK) Restaurants Limited, 26-28 Conway Street, London, W1T 6BQ 1NW (“The Ivy Asia ”).
  2. The Ivy is a registered data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number ZA566285). We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal data you provide to us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations 2016 the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and other applicable privacy laws.  For more information, see our Privacy policy.
  3. By entering the prize promotion, you agree to the below terms and conditions, to be bound by the decisions of The Ivy Asia and to receive email notifications/direct messages from The Ivy Asia in relation to the prize promotion.

 

Entering the prize promotion  

  1. This prize promotion is open only to permanent UK and Northern Ireland residents who are aged 18 or over. Employees (or their relatives) of The Ivy Asia (or any other company and/or agency connected with this promotion) are not permitted to enter.
  1. The prize promotion will be live from 08th October 2025 and will close at midnight on 31st December 2025. No entries will be accepted outside of this time period.
  1. To enter the prize promotion, participants must go to: https://theivyasia.com/the-ivy-asia-coop-live-sign-up and input their details.
  1. You are only permitted to enter the competition once. If we suspect that you are fraudulently entering or using multiple email addresses, then we reserve the right to exclude you from this competition.

 

Winner Selection  and prize

  1. The Ivy Asia will randomly select a winner.
  2. The winner will be a meal for 2 at The Ivy Asia
  3. This Prize will be delivered to the winners preferred address within 2 weeks of the winner announcement.

 

General 

  1. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative.
  1. The Ivy Asia’s decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
  1. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information.
  1. The Ivy Asia reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner and to refuse entry or refuse giving the prize if The Ivy Asia reasonably considers the entry and/or winner to be in breach of the terms and conditions.
  1. If The Ivy Asia at any time considers an entry is inappropriate and/or fails to comply with its social media guidelines, or that the entrant has otherwise failed to comply with these terms and conditions, it may disqualify the entry.
  1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or withdraw this offer at any time.
