The Ivy Asia

All gift cards, whether purchased online or in-restaurant, require a 24-hour activation period after purchase before they can be redeemed. This measure is in place to ensure the security and validity of each transaction.

The Festive £100 Sparkling Gift Card

The Festive £100 Sparkling Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The voucher can be redeemed at The Ivy Asia, The Ivy Collection, Harry’s, Brasserie of Light and Granary Square Brasserie restaurants in the UK. This voucher cannot be redeemed at the Ivy Dawson Street, Dublin or The Ivy Asia Dublin.  The voucher must be physically presented as a method of payment at the restaurant.

The voucher is not for resale and is non-refundable. One bottle of The Ivy Asia Cuvée Sparkling Wine is available with every purchase of the gift card and will be delivered to the provided delivery address. Delivery of the Festive Sparkling Gift Card and the Ivy Asia Sparkling Cuvee will be managed separately and may arrive at different times. The Ivy Asia Cuvée Sparkling Wine is not available for delivery in the Republic of Ireland.

The Ivy Asia Cuvée Sparkling Wine cannot be exchanged for any monetary value and cannot be refunded. Restaurants reserve the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice. 

Afternoon Tea for Two

Our Afternoon Tea menus differ seasonally and are subject to change.

The voucher can be redeemed at The Ivy Asia. This gift voucher can be redeemed on any item on the menu, up to the value of the gift voucher. The voucher must be presented as a method of payment at the restaurant either physically or digitally on a smartphone.

All experience vouchers can be redeemed on any item on the menu, up to the value of the gift voucher. Experience vouchers must be redeemed in one transaction and no change will be given if not fully redeemed. All extras will be charged at full price plus a service charge. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is not possible to extend the gift voucher beyond the stated 12-month validity period. Gift vouchers are not for resale. This experience is only available at The Ivy Asia Mayfair and The Ivy Asia St Paul’s. Restaurants reserve the right reserve to amend or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Gift Card Postal Delivery

Delivery of physical gift cards delivered by Royal Mail Second Class can take anywhere from two – ten days. For updates on the delivery status, please visit Royal Mail Tracking and submit your tracking number.

Monetary Gift Card

This gift voucher can only be redeemed at The Ivy Asia Dublin. Vouchers purchased for The Ivy Asia Dublin cannot be used at any other venue. Vouchers may be used for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The voucher must be presented as a method of payment at the restaurant either physically or digitally on a smartphone.  The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is not possible to extend the gift voucher beyond the stated 5-year validity period. Gift vouchers are not for resale.
