Divine Dim Sum

In celebration of the Year of the Dragon, we are excited to introduce our brand-new Dim Sum experience. Available on weekdays between 11.30am and 4.30pm, the menu is brimming with sensational dishes worthy of the mighty and noble dragon. Some of the highlighted dishes include Siu Loong Bun, the pork-filled soup dumpling with a fragrant black truffle and mushroom broth, and Chicken Siu Mai, a steamed dumpling enveloped in a wonton pastry and adorned with gold leaf to embody the season.

In partnership with KI NO BI Gin, our head mixologist has created five bespoke cocktails to complement our decadent dishes, perfect for toasting to a prosperous new year. Try our KI NO BI 75 with passion fruit boba, or the Lunar Negroni for a twist on the classic.
